Summary
Context: #3708, particularly the later reports summarized in #3708 (comment).
This clarifies scope; it does not close or claim to fix those reported runtime problems.
Validation
The initial broad local run retained two failures from an SSH_CLIENT-triggered DSW shell banner polluting the unchanged curl recipe tests' JSON stdout. A minimal reproduction isolated that environment effect; the successful run removes only SSH_CLIENT from test-child environments. No shared configuration or repository test assertion was changed to hide it.
Not a full repository-suite or NPU hardware/ASR-quality acceptance. No model downloads, Nano experiments, dependency updates or runtime changes. Exact-head hosted CI is required before normal merge.
