Adds a -labs recipe for CV Curve, an MIT-licensed CV utility that bends a 0-10 V CV along an adjustable curve (Curve = 0 is a straight line). It ships its own modgui, and reports its live input/output values on control output ports so the GUI can draw them.

Built successfully on builder.mod.audio (build complete; .so, TTLs and the full modgui folder installed). Also running on a MOD Dwarf. Only tested on a Dwarf.
