Adds a -labs recipe for Slider Buttons, an MIT-licensed CV utility: two momentary Up/Down buttons that ramp a 0-10 V CV output at an adjustable speed and hold the level when released. It ships its own modgui and a control output port so the GUI can show the live level.

Built successfully on builder.mod.audio (build complete; .so, TTLs and the full modgui folder installed). Also running on a MOD Dwarf. Only tested on a Dwarf.
