Summary

  • extract REPL streaming state, rendering, and permission flow into internal/cli/repl/stream
  • move AskUser state and card rendering into internal/cli/repl/askuser
  • replace direct stream-handler field access with explicit configuration and snapshot APIs
  • update the worker subagent guidance to use concise comments and delegate only bounded tasks where useful

Validation

  • go test ./internal/cli/repl/...
  • go test ./...

Give the stream subsystem an explicit package boundary so persistence,
headless execution, and REPL interactions use stable handler APIs rather
than private stream state.
Let stream segments use typed ask-user cards directly, eliminating the
REPL-to-stream rendering adapter and clarifying package ownership.
