An unsupervised similarity-based approach for denoising TCR-pMHC specificity data
Currently, this contains the data used in constructing and validating TCRdenoise. TCRdenoise can be found as a web service at https://services.healthtech.dtu.dk/services/TCRdenoise-1.0/
