🚨 Severity: CRITICAL
πŸ’‘ Vulnerability: The SetPortrait method in CustomEmployeeManager accepts arbitrary employeeId strings and directly interpolates them into file paths using Path.Combine, enabling path traversal attacks.
🎯 Impact: An attacker could bypass the ModAssets directory restriction and read arbitrary image files from the host system.
πŸ”§ Fix: Added validation to the employeeId parameter using IndexOfAny(Path.GetInvalidFileNameChars()) and string.Contains("..") before constructing the path.
βœ… Verification: The test suite runs cleanly and code review confirms the fallback logic remains accessible.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 14362571445723038990 started by @mleem97

The SetPortrait method directly interpolated the provided employeeId into the file path using Path.Combine without validating the input. This could allow an attacker or malicious mod to bypass the ModAssets directory restriction and read arbitrary image files from the host system using path traversal payloads like '../../secret'.

Added a validation check to ensure employeeId does not contain invalid filename characters or directory traversal strings ('..') before attempting to read the image file. If the validation fails, the system safely falls back to the default fallback UI portrait logic.
