Follow-up to #51. Pin measure-mirror v0.41.2 and provenance-mirror v0.3.1 to exact tagged commits; retain action-mirror v0.4.0. Align tool descriptions and canonical/anchoring docs, remove a reference to an unshipped deployment script, and test the actual provenance response through MCP. Validation: 90 tests passed locally including online tag checks; active documentation relative targets and external URLs checked. No historical ledger rewrite. v0.2.14 remains untagged until this PR passes CI and merges.
