这个似乎只在 Increaser 操作很重比如接入数据库的时候才真的需要这么复杂的优化，而且其实 nb 大部分使用场景（IM平台） 在输入端就会做 TPS 限制。考虑到 Increaser 现在也只是简易的 dict，目前这个就先放一放，等别的做完再看看 |
