Two things found while running the first testnet validator:

• ctx_compress epoch 0 was published without reference parts, so every validator stopped at "the bundle carries no reference harness". On testnet, a missing reference harness is now built from the public miner template (main.py, config.json, requirements.txt, harness and escalation, with the arena's task as the adapter), the same way mtops reference builds it. Mainnet still refuses.
• Bittensor's logging setup silenced every microtensor_subnet logger, so the loop printed nothing, not even errors. The run and loop commands now attach their own stdout handler to the microtensor_subnet logger after the wallet and chain are opened.
