…3759) The open api docs update exposes the entitlement resource-role surface at two paths, which collides 228 cmdlet names in Identity.Governance and fails generation loudly. Re-captured the collision inventory against the new docs (543 lines - the previous 315 plus exactly the 228 new) and re-derived the resolutions from the published-command oracle: 970 contested routes, 696 suppressions and 123 renames. Data only; the regenerated clients and corpus follow separately.
