Document the Voice Mode mute shortcut

While Voice Mode is connected and active, Ctrl+Shift+M on Windows and Linux or Cmd+Shift+M on macOS toggles microphone mute without ending the session. The keybinding runs agentsVoice.toggleMute, shown in the Command Palette as Voice Mode: Toggle Mute Microphone.

Why the docs need an update

docs/configure/accessibility/voice.md only describes using the chat input controls to mute or unmute Voice Mode.

Suggested documentation

• docs/configure/accessibility/voice.md: Add the keyboard shortcut and Command Palette workflow to the Voice Mode configuration guidance.

Acceptance criteria

• Voice Mode documentation includes the default cross-platform shortcut.
• The command name and connected-session behavior are accurate.
