Run the trusted workflow for same-repository and fork PRs, pass the canonical repository URL and exact head commit to ADO, cancel obsolete builds, and keep failures visible without making the check required. Add a same-repository pull_request synchronize trigger solely to validate the trusted workflow before it exists on the default branch. This trigger will be removed after the end-to-end run.
