SoftwareType 1 fails InfVerif /samples /msft with error 1144 when advancing validation reaches the 10.0.29500 target boundary. Exclude the loose and tight OSR FX2 DCHU samples for x64 at that boundary while retaining coverage for older targets and ARM64. Keep the existing MaxBuild 22621 rows and add separate target-version rows for the 27H2 InfVerif boundary. Separate rows provide the OR semantics needed to preserve both exclusion ranges.
