fix(screenshot): scale full-page captures past the png budget - #986
Conversation
A 30k CSS px page at 2x is about 150 megapixels. Encoding that PNG runs past a 30s browser budget, and a JPEG of the same surface comes back empty. Scale the clip so the PNG stays within 40 megapixels. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Captures above the limit use a proportional clip. Browser-backed tests check PNG validity and dimensions for captures above and below the limit. ChangesFull-page PNG pixel budget

An empty measurement threw instead of keeping fullPage, and the budget tests accepted a viewport-only image. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
