何をアップデートしたか
shiki（devDependencies）: 4.3.0 → 4.4.3peerDependenciesは^1 || ^2 || ^3 || ^4のままです。利用者側の互換レンジは変えていません。まとめた理由
optional peer かつシンタックスハイライト実装に直結するパッケージなので、テスト行列の最新 v4 ピンと一緒に更新しました。他のツールチェーン更新とは分離しています。

4.3.x → 4.4.x に Breaking Changes はありません。
