.tool-versionsの Node.js を 24.19.0 → 24.20.0 に更新しました（最新の 24.x LTS）Current 系列（26.x）へのメジャーアップは行っていません。開発環境はこれまで通り 24.x LTS を追います。

この PR は Node.js ランタイムのみを対象にしています。依存パッケージの更新とは分離しています。
