Motivation
serve-handler 6.1.8 includes vercel/serve-handler#230: it serves the
index.htmlof folders with a dot in their name, likedocs/2.x. This PR upgrades to it and removes thelstatWithoutDottedFoldersworkaround added in #12896, along with its type cast.The only code change in 6.1.8 is that fix, 6 lines in
src/index.js. 6.1.7 → 6.1.8 diff of the npm tarballs:serve-handler 6.1.8 was published today (2026-11-06), so it gets an exception to our 7-day
minimumReleaseAgeinpnpm-workspace.yaml.Without the 4th argument, the formatter reindents the
serveHandler()call: hide whitespace changes to reviewrequestHandler.ts.Test Plan
