It works, mostly, but is undocumented.

yes, this is not terminated as I implemented it quickly from my phone on the field to add a contact after a node discovery (while in a new town)

this needs to be done ... it should mostly work but contacts are not refreshed ... you can always usr rc/reload_contacts to update the list without having to reboot (and I just saw there was a newline issue with rc I should tackle too ...)
