Support for LR1121

I bought a Lilygo T-Lora Pager (with LR1121, which is an important detail) but after flashing the firmware I discovered it's only compatible with the sx1262 version of this product.

Currently there is no resource on (or at least im unable to find this) which chips are supported and which will be supported/is worked on in the notable future.

But from a user perspective it would be a nice addition to be able to actually be able to use the T-Lora Pager on MeshCore :)

I guess we need to wait for RadioLib to support LR1121.

I saw their code support LR11x0.
And their example code mention about LR1120.

lr1121 is already supported in RadioLib. the tricky part is that chip is dual band - different allowed tx power for different frequency. we don't have support for that yet.

I guess we only need to support the subGz band as we did for LR1110.
Just ignore the S-Band for now.

Same with support for the T3S3 LR1211 version :) It would be nice to use it as the sx126x and sx127x versions seem to be the only supported models atm.

I'm using the LR1121 on T-Lora Pager and it seems that there's a problem with the Pager transmitting the ACK. The device does receive the message, but the sender does not get the ACK. And then the Pager keeps trying (the green dot in the Ultra firmware is on), but never sends that ACK out. While the Pager is doing it, it is not receiving any new messages. A workaround is to try to send out a typed-in message from the Pager, and then it would receive one message again, and would get stuck into that ACK cycle.

Same behaviour on the Companion firmware, so I think this is a radio-level issue.

Works good with Meshtastic though (if we consider the Base UI "good", anyway).

I saw the support for LR2021 in source code already.
