Adds Telegram-based plan approval flow and an active-window screenshot command, with synchronization between bot and app window state. Also improves user-question dialogs with close/cancel handling and updates markdown rendering and i18n strings for the new approval and screenshot actions.
Persist projectDir through context transfer and restore a fallback lastProjectDir so new chats stay attached to the same project after reloads or navigation. This also binds pendingProjectDir when resuming a transferred session, keeping the session-to-directory mapping alive until the new chat gets a session ID.
Add language-independent chat delete API (chat-delete IPC) that opens the chat menu, picks the --error option and confirms via ds-button--error. Transfer now remembers the summarizer chat id and removes it from the final chat.
