Purpose
Add a small, evidence-backed, bilingual portfolio history using the optional
.portfolio/milestones.jsonconvention. This is documentation only, not a runtime change.Dated proof

Two
prototypeentries, exact GitHub source links, no extra hosts, credentials, source data or product maturity claims. The public portfolio will consume them after merge through the existing validated manifest reader.Gate
