The 125 outline-atomics helpers for aarch64, which clang enables on that
architecture only with `--rtlib=compiler-rt` and which live in
compiler-rt rather than anywhere the engine could supply them; the x87
routines excluded by architecture rather than by operating system; and
`std::random_device`, whose entropy now reaches openkal through
`openkal.random` and never around it.
