Brotli is used through Node's zlib module in bundle-size benchmarks. Pin development and CI to Node 26.12.1, reject vulnerable runtime versions, and allow patched Node 24.22.1+ only for Vercel builds until that provider supports Node 26.

Validation: pnpm release:verify passed on Node 26 (31 tests, typecheck, production build and size budget); runtime-floor controls reject older security patches and prereleases. GitHub Verify and all checks passed at head 713b906. No direct decoder exists in the library or static demo. No exploit replay was performed; verification uses upstream fixed-runtime provenance and compatibility checks.
