#109 の CI で、media の「1 万ポートの範囲」の確認がたまたま落ちました（開いているファイルの数の差が 9999。ルールを作る間に、前のテストの接続が 1 つ閉じたため）。再実行では通っています。
ファイルの数の差ではなく、範囲のポート（2000〜11999）で rproxy が開いている UDP のソケットを
