Description

Add llms.txt with a comprehensive Data Distribution Manager overview (usage, performance, comparisons, FAQ, links). Update .github/workflows/documentation.yaml to rename the existing copy step and add a step that copies llms.txt into src\documentation so it gets included in the documentation build.
