Summary

Reverts #275 (export_map_html_tool) from main. We're not shipping it right now. The work is still on feat/export-map-html-tool, so it can be re-landed later.

• Removes export_map_html_tool, the standalone map script build (scripts/build-map-app.mjs, mapAppStandalone.ts), assembleMapPayload() (inlined back into render_map_tool) and the server-instructions hint.
• CHANGELOG: removes the unreleased feat(tools): add export_map_html_tool for maps in agent-built pages #275 entry and rewords one sentence in the feat(render_map_tool): side panel + Place Details enrichment for search results #262 entry that referred to exported pages.
• feat(render_map_tool): side panel + Place Details enrichment for search results #262 (the render_map_tool side panel) is a separate PR that was merged after feat(tools): add export_map_html_tool for maps in agent-built pages #275. It is not reverted and stays on main.
• The two site-building eval cases in evals/tool-selection list export_map_html_tool under needs_tools, so until the tool comes back they fail with "needs export_map_html_tool, which this server doesn't have" instead of crashing the run (that's how feat(evals): tool-selection eval for description routing regressions #274 already handled servers without it).

Testing

npm run build and npm test pass (91 files, 1031 tests).
