[BUG] Inspector layout height doesn't seem to consider nesting/foldouts

What happened?

Please look at Effect = Currency Production Building Effect. This is the one that uses the [SubclassSelector]
There's a vertical scrollbar even though there's still a lot of vertical space.

Sorry for the late response. I’ve been focused on work and personal tasks and haven’t had time to review OSS issues.
The exact conditions for reproducing the issue are unknown, but a patch has been applied, so it is likely to be an improvement.
