Adds an Isolated Web App experiment that uses Chrome Direct Sockets and a bundled WASM SSH client, without Electron or a local Node.js bridge.
The spike proves an interactive browser-to-SSH shell and documents the remaining LVCE workspace integration and host-key verification work.
