The existing help has just about everything needed, but sometimes more help is more helpful. The relationship between LEDs (Lights) and Headlights/Taillights is spelled out, as are some other things that might be obvious to some but not everyboady. Bullet points make it easier for people to scan and comprehend (well, maybe.)
