NixOS

1. Install NixOS

2. Change the hostname and install chezmoi

Device	hostname
Gaming workstation	nixos-gaming
Laura's laptop	nixos-laptop
Acer mini laptop	nixos-acer

sudo nano /etc/nixos/configuration.nix

networking.hostName = "nixos-gaming"
...
environment.systemPackages = with pkgs; [
  bitwarden-cli
  chezmoi
  gh
  git
];

sudo nixos-rebuild switch

3. Login to bitwarden and github

bw login

gh auth login

4. Run

chezmoi init --apply lucamaff

CachyOS

1. Install CachyOS

2. Install minimum packages:

bitwarden
bitwarden-cli
chezmoi
git
github-cli

3. Login to bitwarden and github

bw login

gh auth login

4. Run

chezmoi init --apply lucamaff

Work servers

1. Install conda

2. Create a minimal environment with chezmoi and few basic packages

conda create -n chezmoi gh git chezmoi rbw  # rbw is unofficial bitwarden-cli

3. Login to bitwarden and github

rbw login

gh auth login

4. Run

chezmoi init --apply lucamaff
