Release 1.5.0. Rolls up everything merged to develop since 1.4.0: the in-app Billing page for hosted LogTide, plus the version bump. Like every hosting seam it is opt-in: with LOGTIDE_BILLING_API_URL and LOGTIDE_BILLING_API_TOKEN unset, a self-hosted instance behaves exactly as before (locked by the cloud-seams/env-unset regression suite) and never loads Stripe.js.

Added

• In-app billing (Settings > Billing & Usage > Billing, owners and admins only, hidden unless billing is enabled):
  • current plan with status, renewal date and saved card, plus the month's combined telemetry quota
  • monthly/annual plan picker, with a Personal/Business and country switch that shows prices with the country's standard VAT included or excluded (same rates as logtide.dev/pricing, display only)
  • subscribe and update the card through an embedded Stripe Checkout inside the page
  • switch plan or billing interval with a price preview before confirming; payments that need the bank's confirmation link to the invoice
  • cancel at period end and resume
  • invoice history with hosted and PDF links
• Billing API seam: LOGTIDE_BILLING_API_URL + LOGTIDE_BILLING_API_TOKEN (both or none, partial config aborts startup). The core proxies owner/admin requests for /api/v1/organizations/:id/billing/* to an external billing service; docs/cloud-seams.md documents the full HTTP contract. Service-auth failures surface as 502 billing_unavailable, never as a session logout.
• GET /api/v1/auth/config gains billingEnabled: true when the seam is active; @logtide/shared exports the billing contract types.
• The Usage page's Upgrade / Manage billing buttons open the in-app Billing page when billing is enabled.
• New frontend dependency @stripe/stripe-js pinned to 8.11.0, loaded lazily only when a checkout dialog opens.

All 5 package.json, the release fallbacks (internal-logger.ts, hooks.client.ts, hooks.server.ts), Footer.svelte, README badge/intro/features header, and CHANGELOG.md dated [1.5.0] - 2026-10-20.
