We have some sessions coming in from unknown SDKs. The community C# .NET SDK sets its
sdkVersioncorrectly, but we fold it intoUNKNOWNas it does not fit our fields.For this repo: https://github.com/pabloFuente/livekit-server-sdk-dotnet/blob/main/LivekitRtc/Internal/FfiClient.cs#L44C29-L44C35
