This is PR updates the redme-vars as requested by @Roxedus and I've bumped the ffmpeg dependencies from version 4.x.x to 6.1.2, because "newer" GPU series (like Intel Arc) are not fully supported by ffmpeg version 4. Also the TVH project changed their dependency to version 6 .1.1 . |

Description:
See #263
I've changed the readme-vars as requested by @Roxedus.
I also bumped the ffmpeg dependencies to 6.1.2, because of recent changes to the encoding subsystem (#1792)
Benefits of this PR and context:
Functioning encoding support for "newer" gpu series (e.g. Intel ARC)
How Has This Been Tested?
I've tested it on x86/64
