The gitlab timeout was per call not the whole stage for it this should cap each gitlab push to 10 minutes, so 20 minutes max but we only seem to timeout on the copy steps so should be 10 minutes max delay on large images. If in the future gitlab fixes this copy stuff this will be all setup to still work.
