Downgrading numpy with lap library reinstall seems to solve the problem.
Added this custom script to container build

echo "[Fix-Libs] Checking for broken NumPy/Lap compatibility..."

    # 1. Install build tools (needed to recompile lap)
    # We use --no-cache to keep it clean, though this adds boot time.
    apk add --no-cache build-base python3-dev

    # 2. Force Downgrade NumPy to version 1.x (Fixes the ABI mismatch)
    # We also force reinstall to overwrite whatever Alpine put there.
    pip install "numpy<2.0.0" --force-reinstall --no-cache-dir

    # 3. Reinstall LAP from source
    # This ensures it is compiled against the exact version of NumPy we just installed.
    pip install lap --no-binary lap --force-reinstall --no-cache-dir

    # 4. Cleanup (Optional, but good practice)
    apk del build-base python3-dev

echo "[Fix-Libs] Repair complete. Starting Beets..."```

v2.6.1 has same issues but numpy has to be >=2.0.2

I can't replicate this locally with either build, beet version works as expected in both cases.

    Thank you for confirmation.
Setting the CPU type to host (was kvm64) in Proxmox resolved the issue. Strange, will investigate furter.
