Adds FreeLLMAPI as an enhanced app showing Total Providers and Attention Needed. Both metrics come from a single GET /v1/providers request authenticated with the instance's unified API key.

Validation:

• Repository app checks and all 38 unit tests passed.
• PHP syntax and fixtures passed for provider/attention counts, each status, empty lists, malformed responses, authentication failures, transport errors, and URL validation.
• Tested locally on Heimdall v2.8.3-ls367 with FreeLLMAPI reporting API version 0.4.1. Saved-key Test and dashboard work; registration and configuration survive catalog refresh and container restart.
