Folders should open.

Why is English the only installed locale?, did you remove the others?

Its not directly nemo. Its then the folder is on the desktop and you double click on it. How can i log that?

Might be. Still, if i open the folder inside nemo it works normally. Only if i try to open it from the desktop it fails. I'd expect it to work independent of the locale situation.
