Social choice is not upstream material, so Core/SocialChoice becomes the theory-layer Semantics/Aggregation (namespace Aggregation), restated on mathlib's order-theoretic objects.

  • Rules rank vectors: each classical rule is fun v ↦ v ⁻¹'o R (mathlib Order.Preimage), and independence, Pareto indifference, output shape, anonymity and invariance follow from properties of R; welfarism as an iff (three or more objects, preorder outputs), and D'Ambrosio & Hedden fn. 16
  • Sen's comparability classes as products (Set.univ.pi) and diagonals (const ι '') of the single-scale groups, adding cardinal non-comparability; weak Pareto via StrongLT, strong Pareto via the Pi order
  • Bib entry for Blackorby, Donaldson and Weymark (1990), Crossref-checked
