Summary

  • write complete, canonical GitHub run namespaces for fresh and upgrade GCP smoke resources
  • preserve dual legacy-plus-exact cleanup readers during migration
  • thread the exact namespace through Terraform context without changing non-GCP naming
  • fail closed on missing or noncanonical GCP run IDs before Terraform or gcloud work

Validation

  • go test -race -count=1 ./...
  • go vet ./...
  • portability, cleanup, upgrade, template-version, and rollout contracts
  • terraform fmt, bash syntax, actionlint, git diff checks
