This PR adds the devicons-backed icon table with brand colors, promotes the semantic foreground colors to palette knobs, and restyles tree guides, the gap label, and the winbar. Mouse support covers click-to-focus, wheel scroll that moves the viewport without the cursor, and horizontal wheel panning; long diff lines scroll horizontally.
The outline gains a git-style XY status matrix, a reordered mode cycle with the next mode shown in the footer, collapsible headers and directories, fold-all keys, and changeset navigation keys. Changeset identity is keyed by name plus span kind so a branch reviewed as both committed and uncommitted stays distinct.
