The changelog workflow currently fixes the release bot name and email in the source. Read the app slug from the token action and the bot user ID from GitHub so the existing app can be renamed without changing commit attribution.
Validation: actionlint passed for all ten changed SDK workflows. The extracted identity commands passed in temporary Git repositories with a live GitHub bot lookup. Existing token permissions and changelog behavior are unchanged.
