Full-stack student experience platform for academic planning, deadlines, campus support and connected study tools, currently developed and validated around Macquarie University

Academic planning, deadline tracking and campus support in one responsive interface
Multilingual support with RTL layouts across 35 locales
Authentication with passkeys and TOTP-based MFA, PostgreSQL row-level security and rate limiting
Accessibility-focused front end with automated linting
Automated testing with Vitest and Playwright, plus CI/CD via GitHub Actions and deployment on Vercel

🤖 Sylla — AI-Assisted Study Platform

AI-assisted study platform built with Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase and the Vercel AI SDK, with streaming responses, local conversation history and early structured study workflows

Built streaming AI chat with conversation history persisted in the browser
Developed early study workflows for summaries, explanations, flashcards, quizzes and study plans; these currently run on a mock provider while live model integration is in progress
Designed Sylla as a connected AI-assisted study layer within the broader Syllabus Sync ecosystem

🧭 Campus Navigation

Independent iOS and Android campus wayfinding app for location discovery, walking navigation and connected campus experiences

Search buildings, services, food, parking and other campus locations
Switch between a custom campus map and Google Maps, with walking directions and user-location support
Indoor 360° panorama tours for supported buildings and locations
Connected to the Syllabus Sync ecosystem through deep-link handoff
Commute preferences and optional Open Day tools, covered by Flutter unit and widget tests

🌌 Astronomy Open Night 2026

Flutter event navigation app developed for Macquarie University's Astronomy Open Night 2026, supporting venue discovery, event information and Google Maps walking directions — an independent student project, not an official university product

Co-developed and launched across iOS and web
Supported real attendees during the live event
Built venue discovery and walking navigation workflows
Gathered real-world usability feedback during the event

🤖 CIFAR-10 Image Classification

Earlier applied-AI project comparing a custom CNN, MobileNetV2, and ResNet-18 with Grad-CAM interpretability and a Gradio demo

Evaluated multiple deep learning architectures on CIFAR-10 under controlled conditions
Applied data augmentation, cosine annealing, and progressive unfreezing for generalisation
Built in Grad-CAM interpretability, INT8 quantisation, and CLI inference tooling
ResNet-18 reached 87.48% test accuracy via transfer learning
Deployed as an interactive demo on Hugging Face Spaces
