Fix the final public release verifier to extract the archive's actual
./fanoutmember before checking its embedded version.\n\nValidated locally against the published v2026.8.1 Darwin archive; extraction succeeds and the binary reports v2026.8.1. Also passes actionlint and the full pre-push check suite.\n\nFollow-up to #166.
