[linux_base] hand-copied arduino_base's dependency list rather than referencing it, and the copy drifted: RadioLib stayed at 7.4.0 while the project moved to a pinned git commit past 7.7.1. Crypto had drifted too, from a caret range to an exact pin. Upstream bumps never reached the linux target, and nothing noticed, because a stale-but-consistent pin still compiles.

Reference ${arduino_base.lib_deps} and keep only the seesaw library, which is genuinely linux-only. RadioLib moves 7.4.0 -> 7.7.1; the SX126x API the port uses is unchanged across that span (setRxBoostedGainMode still returns int16_t, getRxBoostedGainMode is still absent from RadioLib so the local helper is still needed, and REG_RX_GAIN still holds the value it reads).
