Custom build for Code Koalas' python scripts

Consists of Debian (Jessie) and Python. Based on python container.

Environment variables

• GIT_HOSTS= Hosts file entry to be added
• GIT_REPO= URL of Git repo to pull from
• GIT_BRANCH= Git branch
• PYTHON_SCRIPT= Script to run in root of repo
• AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID= if AWS access is needed by script
• AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY= if AWS access is needed by script
