### Added

- `SpecDefinition`, the type `find_spec()` and `discover_specs()` return, is exported from `kpubdata` (#913). A typed caller had to import it from `kpubdata.core.spec`, which is private. `API_SPEC.md` lists the attributes the compatibility promise covers (`id`, `provider`, `dataset_key`, `examples`, `pagination.type`, `endpoint.base_url`, `auth.type`); every other attribute is not covered. No behaviour change.
