Minor version bump of globals (dev dependency) from 17.7.0 to 17.8.0. The release only refreshes the built-in list of known global identifiers that the eslint flat config consumes — no runtime code and no Node-support impact. Lockfile-only diff, branch brought up to date with main, and Run Tests is green on the updated commit.
