已为 Chat 会话正文和 Task 详情增加限定区域的本地化选中文字右键复制菜单。实现仅在非空白且完整位于对应区域的选择上拦截右键，复制时保留所选完整文字；Chat 历史等既有菜单不在新区域内。复用 renderer 已有 navigator.clipboard 能力，未新增 IPC、preload 或 Main 权限。已补范围、空白/跨区选择、精确复制、中英文文案、Chat/Task 集成及历史菜单隔离测试。后果性假设：Task 详情范围对应 TaskDetail article，Chat 范围对应 transcript，不包含任务列表、表单、Chat 历史或 composer。GUI 手工验证因本执行环境无桌面交互能力未执行，需在规定的人工 review 中确认。
