Summary

Keep the current Tool or Thinking activity visible throughout a running Chat/Task turn. The activity now occupies a dedicated row below Working for … instead of sharing the duration row and disappearing as soon as an individual operation completes.

Changes

• select the latest Tool or Thinking item for the full lifetime of a running turn
• render duration and current activity as separate summary rows
• retain completed activity until a later Tool or Thinking item replaces it
• add regression coverage for the two-row layout, completion persistence, replacement, and final cleanup
• update the existing Chat work-summary SDLC artifact

• Regression risk: Low; limited to Renderer presentation and work-summary selection behavior.
• Security/privacy impact: None. Raw reasoning and Tool input/output remain excluded from the outer activity summary.
• Data or configuration migration: None.
• Platform/package impact: None; no dependency, Main-process, IPC, native, or packaging changes.
• Rollback approach: Revert commit 247e84f.
