Implemented the shared Renderer-only Chat/Task work-process disclosure update. WorkSummary, ToolCard, ThinkingBlock, and legacy ProcessFlow disclosures now initialize closed and preserve user-controlled state across streaming/status changes. Collapsed running WorkSummary rows select the latest running Tool or streaming Thinking item in timeline order; Tool summaries reuse existing localized semantic actions, icons, and compact object summaries, while Thinking exposes only its localized label. Added single-line truncation and reduced-motion handling without exposing raw reasoning, arguments, output, results, or errors. Expanded work ordering/details and Tool tab state remain intact. Added standard-change documentation at docs/chat-work-summary-disclosure/change.md and regression coverage for active/completed defaults, active-item switching, privacy boundaries, manual state preservation, Tool tabs, shared ChatView, timeline projection, and Task intake routing. Consequential assumption: 'latest' follows the existing projected work.items order, avoiding any wire/persistence changes as required.
